Nearby Shōnan and Enoshima are lively in summer; the sea breeze and waves are pleasant—ideal for swimming and strolls.

Also try the long-standing eatery “Uomitei” on Enoshima’s hilltop.

From the terrace you can see the blue Sagami Bay, and on clear days even Mt. Fuji in the distance.
